The years fall away and disappear
and you are the reason my dear;
the minute your smiling face appears.
Once again we are young and gay
as we dance the wa-watoosi, giggle
and re-live old times 'til break of day.
Age can't erase the fun of that place inside
where these two young girls still reside;
those days, long gone in passage of time,
still shine as bright and bubbly
as our memories and wine.
Beautiful Poem. I guess as they say, gone are the days! Nothing feels as beautiful as having a meshing of mind to relive old times with laughter, giggling and lots of love...

I invite you to read my poem, To The Girl Across The Street, which was written for my childhood friend, who I CN still revisit my youth with. Your write was a nostalgic stroll, I much enjoyed. PEACE
