With every breath we inhale,
With every breath we exhale,
With every tick of the clock,
Our life span is shortened;
We move second by second
To our confirmed destination,
Our grave.
To perform at least one good deed,
To quit at least one bad habit,
To abandon at least one bad thought,
This very second is the right time.
One by one we can shun
All that is bad in us, before we move
To our grave.

There won't be time for performing at the Kingdom of last destination so, need to do good what we want to do
I more would follow, These beautiful wise words, We'd have a much better World, Much less cruel and hollow. Beautiful poem, full of the kindness and good feelings that so deeply shine in you and your marvelous poetry. Thank you.
So brilliantly expressed and beautifully presented. Sandra is right, your pen is full of kindness. Kindness that we really need in this time of uncertainty
Beautiful, beautiful and thoughtful poem with a great message to humanity. If we abide with the wisdom embedded in this great poem, there will be no war, no killings and no chlidren that are separated from their families or gone too soon.

Another gem of a poem. A poet leaves examples for us all to follow.5*
