Sacrificial role
Friday,18th December 2020

whether able-bodied woman
or disabled one
she has to struggle
to survive in this cruel world

let the world not acknowledge
and put you in a social cage
or beat you with the rage
you have survived through ages

they have always bowed their head
and acknowledged the sacrificial role before becoming dead
we always worshipped as being the saviour of humankind
and find you really worthy as a human being

yet cruelty goes unabated
you are not treated well
We commit atrocities
and forget about niceties

legal rights are different things
you have always tried to bring
the upliftment of the family
and thus served the cause of humanity
