Sadness consumes me!

I’m filled with so much pain, that you so carelessly caused. I’m filled with so much hurt that you clearly cannot see.

Sadness consumes me so, because I am all alone. My eyes, a never ending waterfall of tears. I begged you not to go, I tried so hard to make you stay.

My heart, is no longer whole. I am dying on the inside. My words come out slow, and bitter. I asked my heart nicely to let go of you, it refused and held on tighter.

I yelled out into the night sky, “Why? I thought you loved me! ” With no reply I began to cry. I fell to my knees feeling sorry for myself. YOU LEFT ME!
