Safeguard Your Heart
because some will come
and days will come
when you need to believe
in yourself as we do
because some cannot be sincere
because some can only tear down
beauty and purity and innocence
beasts beset with envy jealousy
because you must believe
in yourself your future
because you must safeguard
your heart your precious soul
