When everything and everyone deserts you
I'll be right beside you
When you don't know what to do anymore
I'm here to help you through
When life seems like a bottomless pit
Let me pull you back to the light
When it seems like everything goes wrong
Let me be the one thing that's right
When you don't want to go on anymore
And you feel like simply giving up
When life is crashing down around you
And all your battles seem too tough
When nothing good comes out of living
When all your problems make you wary
If nothing else can pacify you
Let me be your sanctuary
