Sandstorm Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Sandstorm

Gushing haze
Till eyes
Could gaze
On wings
Of wind
Just storming in
Are you hell bound
This heinous sound
Smothering the land
With dust and
brown sand
Twisting the trees
Uprooting with ease
A killer on prowl
You did take a toll
And now you have eased
While Our brows are still creased
Nalini
