Self Destruction With Instructions Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Self Destruction With Instructions

Thieves believe,
What they steal...
To claim it owned to keep,
Is also theirs to destroy.
As had been taught,
By ancestors who fought...
Between themselves,
Neighbors and others.
With a doing to use,
Deception as their main tool.
For the purpose to first,
Make fools.
Easily trick to dupe.

However...
This process,
That continues for centuries...
Is not obvious enough,
By those who give their support...
To the very ones,
Endorsing their self destruction.
With instructions,
Given them to follow.
