Self Value >>> Poem by Manonton Dalan

Self Value >>>

Rating: 5.0

I am well rested
after day's work
few bruises I got
on my fingers, pain
I endure to earn
enough for my table
some I give away

I hope am not creating
dependent society, wish
that loiters streets
on good sunny Monday
with these hands I did
so many for others, proud
refuse to be parasite

Great poetry. Beautiful message delivered. Some part of one's earnings should be used for welfare inorder to build a progressive and self dependent society.
