Sending You To Hell Poem by Randy McClave

Sending You To Hell

No matter what stories in which you dwell
This is a true fact that I will tell,
No woman can can cast upon you a curse or a spell
And no woman can send your soul to hell.
Though she can cause you much sorrow and pain
And upon you everyday it does seemingly rain,
Though she could drive a Christian man quite insane
Even sometimes your body might feel a ball and chain.
She might not give you that well needed happy life
Even as a girlfriend or especially as a wife,
All that you see and feel is sadness and worries and strife
And heartache is always rife.
Sometimes you might question if she came from you
Was it your rib who made you both two,
Did God placed your rib in her while knitting her through
And then into your other half she had grew.
Many men say and believe that their women are the Devil
I certainly believe that their thoughts are on the level,
With sin and temptation many don't even wrestle
And unto the devil's actions many women will always revel.
A woman can't send you to hell which is fact
Even by what she does or says or even how she does act,
Even when she might viciously and verbally attack
You send your own self to hell, which is the truest act.
