SERENE
Calmness of the pale blue light,
An empty boat in line of sight.
Floats gently in the breezeless air,
Reflections of trees lay bare
Mirror finish, Cool blue waters,
Yellow, Brown, Black boat colors.
Serene feeling the longer I stare.
Do you receive what I share?

Poet's Notes about The Poem
A drawing I did of an unmanned and anchored boat floats in the middle of a calm lake, clear blue skies and a mountain backdrop.3 tall trees partially submerged in water stands around the boat seemingly guarding it.
