All alone
It’s what I’ve dreaded
I make you what you are,
You’re tightly threaded
And you, you mold me too
Just look and see
And now it seems we’re never far
From shifting who we ought to be
Color me in,
Make me green and bright
On the inside there is only tar
But who can see without a light?
And when it’s sunny,
My mood will shift
To forget this insight that will mar
This darkness; it will be a gift
Long time no poems? Good to see a new one. Liked your rhymes and also the strength in your revealing words. -chuck

I've read all ten of your poems and this is your best one. Fantastic rhyme scheme. A ten from me.
