Shutting Doors
Shutting doors
On the world
I will my heart to rise
To the sordid realities
Dribble and the ties
The waves remain a reality
The turbulence a figure head
The sands of time under the feet
Slip beneath with the out..out
flowing water
The solitude of silence
As waves at sea ebb and flow
