SIT AND LOOK AND REST

Sit and look and rest
And be quiet
Enjoy
There is so much green
It does not matter at which tree or flower you look
They are all good
Rest
Breathe deeply
You don't have to do anything
The world is yours
On this cool day
The warming sun is suddenly stronger
Rest
Enjoy
Look
Be quiet
It is all alright now
Rest
