Sitting Under The Moonlit Night Poem by Kshitiz Arora

Sitting Under The Moonlit Night

Rating: 3.0

Sitting under the moonlit night,
I wonder will there be any light.
The constant ticking of the clock,
The unloading of the ships at the dock.
Just makes me feel queer,
Oh! I can feel the wet tear of fear.
The stray dogs loudly howl,
Nature's message seems fowl.
The waves of the sea are rushing,
Spiders are past me brushing.
I wonder when this night will end?
How many more pains to me will it lend?
Sitting under the moonlit night,
I wonder will there be any light.
