Soften Poem by Christopher Tye

Soften

Rating: 5.0

Soften

Steamed pudding so soft and tasty,
Old seats softening with age,
Flowing water softening the ground,
Tenderising meat to soften it,
Enjoy watching cheese on toast as the cheese softens and melts,
Now even I'm getting softer with age.

Old seats softening with age - a wonderful line. Time may soften something also make something rough. It's life.
