Something Icy Poem by gershon hepner

Something Icy

The ice within your flesh won't melt
until you're ready to reveal
emotions you have always felt
but not admitted that you feel.

Admit them, and the ice will turn
like water melt to flow and flood
the heart that quests and can't be quenched
once heated by the uncooled blood.
