Sonshine Poem by Roann Mendriq

Sonshine

Skies are dark and dull and grey
on this second cloudy day;
Trees stand still only to sigh
in silence at the empty sky.

Cold winds bleakly blow and chill
my heart, my mind, my soul and will
When will this deary day be done?
I miss you, bright and beaming son.
