Rating: 5.0

rasping bamboo leaves
calling my name I hear
peeking sunshine to me
so cold to touch my head
passing as it fades away
like brush of a master
on beautiful quiet day

I sit there listening nature
lullaby as tulip bud opens sky
tear falls off as petals spread
bursting wide on open leaf, sigh
I see rainbow in a flash, pretty
I hold my breathe; gift of love
thanks heaven, when will I reside

Your words paint a lovely picture on my mind. Nature's lullaby provides such inspiration. I enjoyed reading your poem.
