Stories To Be Told Poem by Philo Yan

Stories To Be Told

Is your room shut tight,
darkened and cold?
Has your heart lost its sight
and turned to stone?
Settling dust in the desert
After the winds have blown
Grab the grills and shake to loose
Fling the doors wide open and choose
Let light in, as healing begins
to mend your torn and tired soul
Give yourself a push to the world
You still have stories to be told.
