Strawberry
Strawberry is pulpy red fruit with seed-studded surface,
Sweet soft fruit it is, People do purchase in cash.
Strawberry is called the 'queen of fruits' it is so lovely,
Scarlet strawberry is compared with apples, oranges aptly.
Strawberry is angel of earth with green leafy wings,
Smoothness is its juicy heart; low above it swings.
Sweet, so sweet it is, it has the highest nutrients,
Sedative nature it has, it has sweet ingredients.
Sappy it is not only but it has also health benefits,
Swiftly it stimulates the burning stored fat and hits.
Scarlet or red coloring of it contains anthocyanin,
Short term memory anthocyanins boost like leonine.
Strawberry contain ingredients like Vitamin K and Magnesium,
Successfully bone health is improved with these and Potassium.
Science shows its powder prevents human oesophageal cancer,
Suddenly it improves the strength of human body, says a dancer.
See it is good for weight loss, promotes eye health,
Super health benefits we get from it, it is main wealth.
Strawberry is low in calories and high in fiber,
Sensible person likes it for its aroma, color and taste ever.
Strawberry is crunchy, sour and sweet, juicy and very attractive in appearance! It is rich in nutrients. Children love them. You have highlighted the value of this fruit which is very ideal for health and low in calorie content! A very informative write!
