Sunflowers Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Sunflowers

Sun,
Sunflowers,
Sunflower seeds;
Planting them,
In your sunflower fields.

The sun,
Rising up from the east;
Shining on your sunflower fields,
After watering your fields!
To let the seeds grow.

Sun!
We need the sun;
Seeds!
We need them;
Planting them,
And, to respect the muse of the farmers.
