What would be sweeter than devouring a sweet treat?
To get more nutrition than sugar from a beet.
Blackstap molasses comes in at number two.
Date sugar is number one, and it's sweeter too.
Date sugar is not a sugar that is processed.
It's finely chopped up dates, so it wins the contest.
Sugars were rated for antioxidant power.
Brown rice syrup was last, its results were very dour.
