Take A Walk Through My Nightmare Poem by Bree Swart

Take A Walk Through My Nightmare

Creeping through my Nightmare,
Pain is all I see,
For this pain, I cannot bare,
As the gates of hell, open for me.

Reluctantly, I take a step,
I feel the evil surrounding me,
Soundly I thought I slept,
As my eyes begin to bleed.

Evil demons taunt my presence,
As I try to turn away,
They say, 'No, no my precious, '
Your not leaving today.

I scream a painful melody,
As the gates begin to close,
I feel a release of all the harmony,
From my head to my toes.

They take my arms,
And begin to stride ahead,
I struggled, and panicked in alarm,
But my body just led.

One more step,
And we are in the presence of the reaper,
We arrived, and my heart lept,
For he said, 'This ones definetely a keeper.'

He looked at me, and nodded a evil grin,
And said, 'Your mine now! '
'Let the fun begin! '
