The lines flow beautifully is this wonderful tribute to teachers all over the world. They give so much, I hope the rewards they receive are just as great. Yielding to a peaceful and better world, a great finish.

This was my humble tribute to Dr Radhakrishnan, a great son of India and all teachers for their tremendous contribution towards building up this nation. And you are one of them, Sir. Thanks for having appreciated the poem.

It's so good to read an acrostic poem again, one that adapts seamlessly to Teachers' Day. I had heard of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan before, now I know something about him.

The best thing about him was that he remained apolitical and was never involved in any controversy during his tenure. Thanks for this nice feedback.

So nice to see this poem in Acrostic format, Rajnish ji Indeed, a fine tribute to Dr.S.Radhakrishnan, a man of great learning and wisdom. Aptly, Teacher's day is observed in memory of this great philosopher of India. Thank you for the notes- so important for the poets, to know about this exemplary teacher......10

Thanks for your kind words about this poem. It's my humble tribute to that towering personality known to the world as Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. He was conferred knighthood in 1931 and Bharat Ratna in 1954 and earned many more honours and awards in between. This is also a tribute to our teachers who shape the future of our country through imparting knowledge to their students. Thanks once again, Geeta ji. You are one of them.
