The Bells Of San Martin Poem by Juan Olivarez

The Bells Of San Martin

Rating: 5.0

The bells of San Martin,
How beautiful the sound.
They ask me where I've been,
And welcome me to our tiny town.

The bells of San Martin,
Clanging and ringing for the ones,
Believing in the King of Kings,
They're ringing like they've never rung.

To hear the bells of San Martin,
As I heard them in my youth.
When around me was the prince of sin,
And my soul they used to sooth.

The bells of San Martin,
Ringing through the atmosphere.
Playing music so serene,
Chasing off all of my fears.
