The Bridge Poem by nimal dunuhinga

The Bridge

Rating: 5.0

Every nut & bolt knows who suffered day & night to build this longest bridge?
For the opening ceremony they are not invited.
The bridge was named of an unpopular politician
Who has exploited the country?

Very true to life. Those who labor with skill and dignity often go unrecognized or rewarded..But you have given them the gift of your concern in this insightful poem. Kind regards, Sandra

It's the same story all over the place. All of man's sweat and toil, are not recongnized. The glory goes to the man in the corupt possition.
