The Color Purple Poem by Eesha Raaziah

The Color Purple

Before you,
they were just colors,
now with you,
they aren't mere colors,
but colors that speak your name,
in the softest voice and say,
"a part of her lies there,
whenever you see us,
you find yourself nearer her,
because thats coffee and her favorite color. "
