The Cyclones Eye Poem by Mark Heathcote

The Cyclones Eye

The cyclones eye

Every cyclone has an eye
So come to think about it why don't I?
Do I have a soul? ... That's the question I imply,
Am I not a storm that-can-be tamed,
That has a centre repentant - calmly - ashamed.
