The Devil Is Present Poem by Randy McClave

The Devil Is Present

When someone tells a lie
Especially to make someone sad and cry,
When someone is indeed that hellbent
Then the Devil is truly present.

When someone ever falsely judges
From lies and from their sins and grudges,
And unto God they don't ever repent
Then truly the Devil is present.

When someone spread false rumors
To all ears as nosey consumers,
Knowing certainly the truth is not sent
Then the Devil is present.

When someone uses illegal drugs
And/ or gets drunk and hangs out with thugs,
It's time for their true torment
Then the Devil is truly present.

The Devil just needs a window or a door
Or even an empty drawer,
And then when the Lord Jesus is absent
The Devil is then present.
