The First Thing Poem by Randy McClave

The first thing that a murderer will do
The first thought that they will think through,
They will harm and take and will hate too
And that is to murder me or you.
They have no respect for anyones life.
They'll murder uncaringly with a gun or a knife.

The first thing that a cheater will achieve
And that is for their victims to trust and believe,
Stories and rumors they will conceive
They don't care who they cause to grieve.
A cheater will always be a cheater,
They're a player in a large gullible theater.

The first thing that a thief will ever complete
And that is to lie and cheat,
To take whatever that they can with deceit
And then always repeat.
That's how they are when they perform,
It's to act like it's the norm.

The first thing that a liar will always do
No person really ever has a clue,
They don't care where they send your emotions or thoughts to
And they do not care what is honest and true.
They could say that they love you or the house is on fire
But, you can't believe them, because they are a liar.
