The Fluffy Clouds Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

The Fluffy Clouds

Rating: 5.0

Oh, beautiful and fluffy clouds
Can you make white cotton candies
And lots of marshmallows?
Make them float in the air
A feast for our summer camp.

Oh, wonderful and fluffy clouds
Do not turn into grey
And ominous dark clouds
We want to enjoy
A long and great summer camp.

So expressive of a family camp-out in the great outdoors and how we enjoy all the sights and sounds and let our imagination soar- -until we see dark clouds building up on the horizon and we fear our day of play is doomed to be over. Thank you for this special treat and reminding us that once upon a time we named the clouds! 10++

Great imagery from the depth of your beautiful mind, the eyes are only helping tools. I love this poem very much with the summer camp and the marshmallows candies. Especially the candies. Clouds look so much like cotton candies! Whenever I see fluffy clouds floating above our heads and trailing along the blue sky, I think of cotton candies! Summer camps are so much fun for children with some candies to chew. A casual observation, but you have made a poem, cute and simple!
