The Forbidden Tracks Of Life Poem by Waver Sullivan

The Forbidden Tracks Of Life

Screaming, Feeling, Touching, Searching;
hoping to be set free from this torture.

Eyes, open wide, agony, ripping through every vein and bone.

Body becomes tormented after the taste of enjoyment,
Not long ago there was laughter, not all that remains is disaster.

Why do these forbidden tracks of life try to lead us into destruction.
Even though a part of you is hoping for redemption.

Is this my destiny or is it judgement.
What formula has man created to devour our mind, Body-n-Soul.
Or is it a substance that is made to ruin and conquer the world.

Today, I pray have mercy on our young generation
that they will be strong,
to out-run this illusion and demolish this confusion.

Forgive us mistakes,
Made many friends,
Never get the chance to say sorry or even goodbye.
Because every moment is, the thought of feeling high.

The forbidden Tracks of Life.
Friends cheated by friends, family lost.
Trust becomes unworthy, loyalty drifted away.
Souls, so many become numb, only the taste of condemnation,
lingering on the tongue.

Help me please somebody.
This pipe, I need to bury so far beneath the ground.
My soul is caught within an evil compound.

Oh help me please,
Myself I need to be found.

A powerful poem, are the forbidden tracks needle lines? Seems to go with 'a substance that is made to ruin and conquer the world'... 'to devour our mind, Body-n-Soul'. This reads with the junkies driving passion 'the thought of feeling high' and the stoner's pipe you want to bury. If you are among the 'Souls, so many become numb, only the taste of condemnation, lingering on the tongue', then choices as always are still yours. God Bless.

try going to God... you'll be found... it's not silly or illogical... believe me.... i've tried it... anyway, poem is expressed!
