The Future Is Hidden Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Future Is Hidden

The future is hidden,
In the château
Of our consciousness,
And in the plateau
Of our sub-consciousness.

We are sadden,
By the hypocrisy of man.
At times, we afraid to trust a family member,
A pastor, a priest, a friend, or a country man,
Because of an event that we don't want to remember.

If we look after each other,
We will be more secured, and safer.
If we honestly care for each other,
Love will flourish in our heart forever.

The future is hidden,
Deep in the core of our brain,
In the château
Of our consciousness,
And in the plateau
Of our sub-consciousness.
