The Heavy Price Of Injustice Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Heavy Price Of Injustice

Good luck, my friend finding justice
You'll find plenty of it if you're rich
However, you'll easily find injustice
Lurking in the corner like a leech
In every Court room of the country
This is a sad tragedy, a strange travesty.

We'll never have unconditional peace
Because our world is utterly biased
Discrimination stands like a slimy wall
When it comes to honor and fairness
For people who don't stand too tall
On the economic scales. This is a mess.

The heavy price of injustice is unbearable
Colossal, uncontrollable and incredible
No one can fully tally up the mental cost
Of the riots, the casualties, the waste and the chaos
Associated with a coup d'état or a revolution
It‘s sad to witness so much ignorance and corruption.
