The Hills Fill The Vacant Souls Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

The Hills Fill The Vacant Souls

Solaceand comfort to my soul, I seek
and sogo often to the cool, serenehills.
Pleasure boundless, I feel to bathe in the creek
as with celestial joy, my mind, it fills.
I watch the fish leaping up the clear rills,
see the floating flowers and hear their loud cheers.
The lark, from some boughs, a sweet music trills
and bucks me up to rove the hills with no fears.
And the whispers of the strange nature, my soul hears.
