The Irenic Poem by Aine Ni Leidhin

The Irenic

Rating: 5.0

So it is said, there is a connection, or presence
To characters comparable to a lexicon, like
One time when they idealized mental pictures of wretched
Would be comforters who were, in essence
Cradled into relieving their pride
But to be direct and honest
They were half persuaded that they were made of perfection and
Seeking impunity by virtue, even leading to one side
It can be done; it can be
Introduced by way of contrast
To portray her and provocative endings
Enforcing the Will of suitable figures
A counterpart in the approaching rumble in- room
It can be done: yes, it can: super woman.
