The Key Poem by Lyn Paul

The Key

Rating: 4.9

I will write some poetry, to heal my broken heart,
Just to release my feelings. To give me a new start.
A start for a new day, cause we don't know what is in store,
A start to realise that any key can open that much needed door.
It's just finding that key and believing there is a way,
Today may be lousy yet tomorrow is a new day.
Hope is often your only answer and that is all that you can do
Hope and believe and be proud of just who,
Who you are, what you are and just what you can achieve,
Just what you can give...If only you believe.

Nice one. Yes, we pass our emotion into our write to let it free for all.

Today may be lousy yet tomorrow is a new day. Hope is often your only answer and that is all that you can do... Yes, whatever dark the night is, it must be vanished and morning must come. Nicely and aptly envisioned. Enjoyed. Many thanks.

A lot of positive thoughts, is there some deeper sadness behind this piece?

(The sun will come out tomorrow) ...this sentence is as emphatic as Hemingway's (The sun also rises) ...How focused and resolute the poet's mind is...as if she is sure how medicinal, how healing poetry can prove itself..the style of composition looks like recursive...one key idea runs the next line, that keeps the reader going alongwith the thought running! ! ! it's my first from this page and v.good! ! !
