The Lost Battles Poem by Hebert Logerie

The Lost Battles

Rating: 4.5

Sometimes, battles are lost
But experiences are won
It is important to have a toast
No matter what happened
Regardless of the results at hand
Be happy and let the band
Play a popular patriotic song
Sometimes, we are wrong
Because life is about fighting
For a better day, a better living
It is acceptable to be humble
In small defeat and in small victory
By the power of emotions, we tremble
By the wisdom of thoughts, calmly
We accept the outcome of the game
We have a big heart, that's not a shame.
