Ignited with hope, I saw her there,
A bliss of solitude across her face.
Her first achievement was her pride,
This gift of opportunity, her guide.
Drained in sorrow, I saw her there,
A plight of desperation across her face.
Her coward heart carried her rage,
This gift of inner voice, she now cage.
Her philosophy, I've read them all,
Her forebodings, true was her soul.
An applause, a smile, a name all heard;
Every relentless dream, now turned alive.
Her melancholy, I've feared alone,
Her catastrophe, dying was her soul.
Cries, lies, a name herself murdered;
An endless regret, her world now shattered.
In that alter of high risk takers,
A joyous voice addressed the young dreamers-
'Because I keep believing in myself,
Even when the world fails to.'
Down that mundane mainstreamed lane,
A grieving voice uttered amidst the rain-
'Should I but listen to my heart,
This life wouldn't have been torn apart.'
Her memories- made, her destiny-laid,
Her eyes towards the stars,
Mildly appreciating all the scars;
(Singing in her final scene of the melodrama,)
A soul departed from a body it resided.
Her mistakes- said, her chances- erased,
Her eyes blinded with tears,
Ever blaming the retorted fears;
(Mourning in her final scene of the melodrama,)
A soul departed from a body it resided.
