One Summer Evening,
I see my sweet girl,
playing under and old
apple tree,
White clouds floating
the rays of the sun
reflecting her beauty
She swings joyfully,
my heart leaps
each time I see her smile.
She is delighted to see me
from afar.
Waving to me
her face brightens
and my heart lightens
We hold hands and
walk through the woods
down the river bank,
We talk under the moonlight
lazing long into the night
until I watch my sweet girl
fall asleep on my arm
as I sit under that old apple tree.
