The Seeds of Spring
The whirl of the wind
That encircles our time
Breaks apart the shell
Exposes our souls
Comfortable warm enticing
A simple lunch gives more than food
We eat sandwiches drink tea
Talk of of creation
See each other as no one else
I linger on her art as emerging
Inner beauty that pleases me
As equal to her obvious charms
That have from early
Captured my attention
And I watch her smile
Loving her words
Loving her work
Loving her world
That now includes me
