The Sleep Is Away Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

The Sleep Is Away

Yes night is calm
Causing no harm
But posing quietness
To rush the worries on face

If some thoughts invade
To make you bade
The sleep in turn
You become rage torn

You become restless
With tension on face
So many ideas rush
And push

The sleep is miles away
With no solution to find way
It is still eluding
The peace is surely excluding

The stars may twinkle outside
The moon may not hide
Yet the precious sleep is lost
That is felt dearly almost
