The Souvenir Moment Poem by sachu sunny

The Souvenir Moment

The souvenir moment you gave me,
The living memories of the past life,
Where I always wanted to be,
Though I know never can I be.

Visit me again,oh Linnet;
My soul cries out,
As you leave the door of my cage,
Where we were together once.

The days shed like leaves,
And the fragment moments I relive,
When the Linnet leaves
For the world of knowledge,
I, your teacher,feel glorious,
For you gave me the living moment.
