A vehicle ran over the autumn leaves on a road
And drove away
I picked up a greenless autumn leaf
In half red and half yellow
Having flicked away dusts and dew drops
I couldn't flick away its wounds
I got in the room
Opened the window
And watched a flock of migrating geese
Flying toward the dreamland of the setting sun
I closed the window
Gently kissed the autumn leave
In half-red and half-yellow
And placed it in between the pages of a poetry book
To treasure up quietly
The story of an autumn leaf
In green
Red
And yellow
