The Sunrise

The night's darkness dwindles
And the sky above the eastern horizon
turns a vivid amber and lo,
From the horizon emerges the large
luminous Sun blossoming soon
to give us the glorious Sunshine
That perpetuates Life on Earth
As ordained by the Almighty.

Beautiful imagery, could feel myself standing there watching the sun come up, seeing the colors of the sky. Please watch your punctuation a little closer, sentences seem to run together. Otherwise, a truly great poem! Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
