The Trees Poem by Randy McClave

The Trees

The tree is happy because it does stand
With its root planted deeply into the earth's sand,
To the heavens they rise, as though claiming a prize;
Then upon its limbs weary birds will land.

The tree becomes shelter and it also gives rest
For nature to sleep and also to build their nest,
Birds end their search, when they find a home to perch;
Wherever there is a tree, there is another quest.

This is indeed an amazing poem. Simple and sweet. Trees are an essential part of our lives. They bring so much joy. Thanks.
