The World Is My Oyster Poem by Noah Body

The World Is My Oyster

The world is my oyster, I shall not want
It provides me with good things all the days of my life
I have a roof over my head and shoes on my feet
I have peace and serenity without any strife
A full belly to keep me warm, a beer to quench my thirst
A bike to ride to help me stay sane
A project to work on and it's not the first
A job that satisfies me is always important
A family that loves me, and good friends who are dear
Thoughts land to blog in, Dailystrength is there too
And a PC that lets me join you on here
A person I love more then life itself
So what if sometimes I am not sane?
If I cut myself or hate the me here
If I'm lost in the darkness and full of that pain
It matters not because
The world is my oyster, how lucky am I?

Loved this one, similarity is; a very beautiful prayer. I wrote one Oh Lord hard Hard. which when I look at it reminds me of Oh Lord won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz. Great work Tony
