There's A Time Poem by DICKSON MSETI

There's A Time

Rating: 5.0

When life is timeless,
Love is loveless,
life feels like lifeless,
everything become useless.

The soul needs to fly,
the body resists being high,
Heart needs to see the blue sky,
True eyes feels shy.

That Time,
Politics can't convince you,
Teachers won't teach you,
Doctors won't treat you,
Even chancellors won't abide unto you.

When that time comes,
The cause of it have to be the end of it,
Novels, movies won't stop it,
nothing sweet will test it,
even advise won't blink in it.

Tears won't be a solution,
Fears will be a repercussion,
songs won't be a nutrition,
BUT PRAYERS WILL.
