This Chrismas Day Poem by Jean Malicsi

This Christmas day, it is just the two of us the whole day
My youngest son JV and me celebrating Jesus Christ's natal day
The other day JV joined his company's christmas party
While I attended the Annual Christmas Party of Bridget Bee

I told my son to see the world, explore its beauty and be happy
Mystify himself with the glitters that sorround the city on Christmas day
He retorted and said these words to me:

' Mommy, I'm very young I have all the time to explore the world someday.
Be bedazzled with the beauty and glitters of the city some other day.
But this day is Christmas day I want to keep you company as you always do
the same for me. Being around you means the world to me. This day is our Saviour's day, even with just you around me makes me very happy.'

This Christmas day is just JV and me yet we are very happy
I will be as very happy someday as I am this day when Jan and Ari
Will also be around me to celebrate Christmas day
Because my beloved children means the world to me.
